Transcriptomic profiling of tumor-associated macrophages following pharmacological SYK inhibition in a human breast cancer co-culture model

GSE342455 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/08/08 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Tumor-associated macrophages contribute to immunosuppression in breast cancer. To investigate the transcriptional effects of pharmacological SYK inhibition, primary human monocytes from three healthy donors were co-cultured with BT474 breast cancer cells for 7 days in the presence of vehicle or 0.2 µM R406. CD45-positive tumor-associated macrophages were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting and analyzed by bulk RNA sequencing. The dataset enables paired analysis of R406-induced transcriptional remodeling across independent donors.
