Summary
Brain metastasis (BrM) is one of the most crucial complications in tumor patients. Obesity contributes to the metabolic remodeling of tumor cells, yet the how obesity impact tumor microenvironment still remains unclear. We utilized scRNA-seq together with TCR seq to decipher the crosstalk with BrM microenvironment
