Summary
We investigated the cell composition in the bone fracture (osteotomy) gap under two different ambulatory loading conditions (stiif vs. compliant - external fixator). In addition, we applied an receptor inhibitor or respective isotype control to understand the role of a specific progenitor subpopulation during the onset of bone fracture repair. Un-injured bone marrow was used as control. Some samples were combined prior to library prep as indicated in the sample titles
