Comparison of bronchial epithelial cells obtained by bronchoscopy from mild asthma patients, moderate asthma patients, severe asthma patients and healthy controls

GSE161245 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 55 samples Submitted 2024/11/11 Platform GPL18573
Summary
In this study we explore the underlying differences in bronchial epithelial cells from asthma patinets compared to healthy controls. In addition we also explore the differential gene expression of severe asthma patients compared to mild and moderate asthma patients to determine if there are genes that lead to severity of the disease
