Transcriptome analysis of adult patients with severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea before and after CPAP treatment.

GSE283703 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 71 samples Submitted 2025/12/05 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Obstructive Sleep Apnea, a sleep related breathing disorder RNA sequencing analysis was conducted to evaluate differentially expressed genes in patients with severe OSA compared to healthy subjects. We further evaluated how these differentially expressed genes and associated pathways altered with short-term (4 months) vs. long-term (24 months) continuous positive airway pressure treatment.
