Summary
To investigate the dynamic changes in the tumor microenvironment during the progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), we collected 16 treatment-naïve OSCC samples for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Among these, 6 cases were additionally subjected to spatial transcriptomic profiling to capture the tissue architecture and spatial organization of the tumor microenvironment.
