Summary
This study includes RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, and HT-ChIP-mentation-Seq assay data performed on alveolar macrophages from wild-type and RXRαβ-deficient mice. Through this multifaceted analysis, we aimed to elucidate the transcriptional and epigenetic landscape orchestrated by RXRs in alveolar macrophages. This SuperSeries is composed of the SubSeries listed below.
