Summary
The transition of monoclonal B cell lymphocytosis (MBL) to chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) remains ill-defined at the epigenetic and transcriptional level. Here, we performed single cell RNA and ATAC sequencing of low-count (LC) and high-count (HC) MBL and CLL blood samples to track the continuum from physiologic B cells to CLL.
